Each of our sheds and summerhouses are made to order and by definition are bespoke. However, will endeavour to help where we can in the unfortunate circumstance arise where you require a refund or return.
Any bespoke orders (such as an unusual size or window or door placement) placed over the phone or via our shop will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your installation date. If you choose to cancel your order before delivery, we may be entitled to keep a minimum of 20% of the total cost to cover the costs of administration and/or manufacturing.
In the unfortunate circumstance where we (Rutland Sheds Ltd) must cancel an order, all monies will be returned to the customer within 14 days. In the instance where a customer chooses to cancel within 14 days either side of the delivery date, Rutland Sheds reserves the right to keep up to 50% of the total cost to cover the costs of administration and/or manufacturing.
Any complaint regarding our goods and services should be confirmed in writing no later than 14 days after receipt of delivery.
If you choose to return your shed order once installed, please contact us and we will arrange for the take down away, and collection of the item(s), and this will incur a cost which we will explain to you prior to collection and will cover the costs of dismantling and collecting your items.
Please note that bespoke orders are non-returnable.
Please do not attempt to fix any fault yourself, as doing so may void your warranty.
Any returns are discretionary and are based on the condition of the items. Customers are responsible for the items once they have taken ownership on the day of delivery.
